Meet Our Team

Our team is made up of professionals with years of experience in the multimedia industry.

Ben Lowrey, our Production Specialist, has over 25 years of production experience, starting his career designing stage and theatrical lighting. He then transitioned into the world of cinematic lighting and expanded his skill set to include camera operation. Ben is an accomplished DP who merges his experience in lighting and camera to create an artistic style that is very distinctive.

Dondi Sanchez, our CEO, is an award-winning camera operator with 30 years of experience in the multimedia industry. Since 2005, IPG has taken care of clients domestically and internationally. Dondi has worked as a Director of Photography, a steadicam operator, and a drone operator on commercials, documentaries, sitcoms, game shows, sports, and reality shows.

Eli Pena, our Production Specialist, started his career as a corporate video tech. He then transitioned into stage audio and projection. Eli is an extremely versatile production team member with an emphasis on ENG Field audio.

Ray Combs, our Production Specialist, is an award-winning video professional with a hands-on approach to production and a strong background in post. With a career spanning over three decades, Ray has produced numerous series comprising hundreds of broadcast episodes.

Helene, our Co-Owner, Office Manager/HR, originally got her degree in early childhood development. She was a preschool teacher/assistant director for many years. Once Dondi and Helene decided to grow their family, Helene started her own childcare business at home, which became very successful. In 2005, Dondi proposed opening up IPG, and Helene said, "Let's do it!" Once their kids got older, Helene jumped in and took the role of Office Manager/Human Resources for the office. She also manages the properties for D & H Legacy Investments, another company they own.

Tyler Hailey, our Production Specialist, embarked on his journey as a production assistant immediately after completing his college education. Building on his initial experience, Tyler has developed a deep understanding of the production process and is dedicated to ensuring every project meets our high standards.
