Established in 2009 by Rob Hoovis, our mission is to bring the best possible video production and photography to our clients. Our Story
Rob Hoovis, the owner and founder of Old Sparky Productions, Inc., has a rich background in filmmaking. With a passion for action sports, he started filming skateboarding in 1996, one of the most creative art-forms. He has worked with notable clients such as Tony Hawk, ESPN, Fuel TV, and manufacturers, creating films and music videos. As his experience grew, so did his skillset, and he eventually moved into a broader spectrum of video production and photography.
Throughout his career, Rob has received numerous merits and awards for his work, including awards for his productions on action sports films about skateboarding. He has also worked with notable organizations, such as the Gulf Coast Humane Society, and has had his photos featured on the cover of The Sanibel Captiva visitors guide.
