Unsatisfactory Experience
The reviews below are a collection of negative experiences with a company that rents projectors and equipment. The customers were unhappy with the service they received, citing poor communication, unpreparedness, and inadequate equipment.
Unclear Communication and Lack of Preparedness
Tawnya Harris, a customer who rented a projector, was not shown how to use it and was only informed about the necessary cords when she asked about them. She was also left waiting for the equipment to be picked up, with multiple changes to the scheduled time. The customer was not impressed with the service and did not feel it was worth the $150 she was charged.
